Vocal

Telling every bit of what I’ve gone through,
To please my soul, or it’s just my fortune.
Do I speak more, or I feel so,
My words aren’t expressions,
But my spear I could lean on.

Is it decent to be outspoken,
Am I doing it right?
Showing all that I have,
Having zero when I mumble,
I was always being humble.
But I wanted to be heard,
Having an opinion, getting misheard.
I wanted to show mixed sentiments I’ve got,
In these years I’ve grown up, being a pot.
A vessel that has carried all the unheard stories,
All the misunderstood connotation,
And all I was left with my beliefs,
That was kept in my treasures,
Thinking one day I’ll be good enough,
To be vocal about my vitality,
To be vocal about my convictions,
To be vocal about being vocal,
I have been waiting for all my life,
To be good enough,
I have been waiting for all my life,
To be heard.
