Slumbering in night

Wrapped in the blanket of clouds,

I slumbered alone in the sky of dusk.

Dreaming of all the time I’ve spent with the stars,

Moon was green-eyed with our love.

Lullaby the sky sang for me,

I couldn’t resist the temptation of sleeping.

Winter frostiness made me numb,

I hope the dawning won’t show up.

The aura was filled with lightning and thunder,

Am in love with her I wonder.

I saw the scars that the moon held,

Precise and elegant!

I slept in the bed of my sentiments,

A twinkling later I forget where I went.

It’s daylight greeted me with the radiance,

I was owned by glorious twilight that day.
