Slower

I wish the night could turn into morning slower,

As the eternity I want to be with you,

Could be a span far away from us.

There is a hope that we’ll make it till the end,

And if we don’t that’s fine we’ll still be okay.

Promise that you won’t cry even when I flee,

You’ll see me after closing your eyes,

you’ll see me in your dreams.

But I’ll still make things go slower a little,

I’ll hold the clouds for you,

I promise they won’t bleed.

I’ll be the sun in your winter nights,

Beautiful imagination grasps me when you see.

I’ll stay comfortably in your arms,

Sometimes I would leave you with scars.

But I’ll be slower and extraordinary,

Just like the night, you want me to be.
