Woman In Burkha

I came closer to her, glancing at her eyes,

Lost in some other world, I was mesmerized.

I wanted to see her again, I tried to reminisce,

Charmed and allured I went back to the night.

Attire so graceful that I saw my realm in it,

There was beauty in her ambience,

I never desired to see her uncovered.

My unconscious self didn’t know,

there would be something inside soothing too,

A woman in Burkha took my breath away that day.

I then understood there is nothing so pure,

Intimacy could be felt without touching flesh,

By just fondling soul!
