Disowned

You can’t cut my wings as these ambitions are enough.

There are hundreds of hindrances,

yet my heart is full of love.

You utter nuisance whenever I show some to you,

there isn’t gratitude in the world.

I have a way with my words,

spoken after rhyming them with the essence of people.

Who left me alone with feelings unexpressed,

I don’t go back to places where I was disowned.
